Aurora University Spartan volleyball player, junior outside hitter Amy Reynolds (Schaumburg, Ill./Schaumburg HS), was named to the Monmouth College Invitational All-Tournament team. 

AU went 1-2 in the one-day tournament at Monmouth College on Saturday, September 5, 2009. Reynolds had 27 kills (3.0 per set) and a .218 kill percentage, two serving aces, a team high 38 digs and six blocks in the three sets at Monmouth.

In AU's
3-0 win over MacMurray College (25-16, 25-9, 25-16), she recorded a team high eight kills and eight digs and in AU’s 3-0 loss to Monmouth (27-29, 26-28, 17-25), she had a set high 13 kills to go along with 13 digs.

Reynolds and the Spartan volleyball team are in action next on Friday, September 11, 2009, when they travel to the Rose Hulman Institute of Technology Tournament. AU will play at 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. in Terre Haute, Ind.
