Hastings was named 2009 NAC All-Conference after capturing the No. 3 singles championship at the NAC meet. She defeated her opponent in the final 6-1, 6-4.

On the season, she had a 15-3 record in singles, while teaming with Rebecca Papke in No. 1 doubles and finishing with a 9-7 record.
