Each year the Aurora University affiliated conference awards a Conference All‑Sports Award for male and female sports. The point system is determined by team standings for the 21 conference sports in the fall, winter and spring seasons for each academic year. Below is the year by year finish for the Aurora University Spartan men's and women's sport programs as they were part of the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (2006-2007 to current) and the Northern Illinois-Iowa Conference (2003-2006).
The Spartan men's and women's sport programs have won 26 all-sports awards with the men capturing 14 and the women 12.
