Aurora University senior thrower Jocelyn Ocon was named the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Women's Indoor Track and Field Student-Athlete of the Week.
 
Ocon earned the weekly honor after she won the weight throw competition at the University of Chicago Windy City Rumble with a throw of 17.14 meters. The mark set new records in the weight throw at AU and in the NACC while also placing her with the seventh best throw in NCAA Division III. The previous mark of 16.59 meters (54-1 3/4) was set by Spartan alum Hannah Meager just last season. She also competed in the shot put and finished 11th with a throw of 10/.83 meters.
