Aurora University men’s track and field thrower senior Adrian Kibiersza (Des Plaines, IL/Maine West H.S.) was named Northern Athletics Conference Student-Athlete of the Week for the second consecutive week.

Kibiersza followed up his NAC honor from last week by winning the discus (46.36 meters) and was the top Division III finisher (third overall) in the shot put (15.73 meters) at the Chicagoland Outdoor Championships.

Next action for Kibiersza and the Spartan men's track and field team comes on Saturday, April 17, 2010, when they travel to the Benedictine University Invitational. Meet time is set for 9:30 a.m. in Lisle, Ill.
