Aurora University women’s golfer junior Emily Densmore (Aurora, Ill./Waubonsie Valley H.S.) has been named Northern Athletics Conference Women’s Golf Student-Athlete of the Week.

Densmore shot an 84 (+12) in the dual meet against Benedictine University at Blackberry Oaks, leading the Spartans to a 397-410 win over the Eagles.

The next action for Densmore and the women’s golf team comes on Saturday, September 18, 2010, when they travel to the Benedictine University Eagle Invitational. Tee-off time is set for 10:00 a.m. in Lisle, Ill.
