Throughout the 2020-2021 year, the Aurora University athletic department will highlight the senior student-athletes. The seniors will provide some insight to their time at AU while getting to know them as individuals they have grown into in their time as a Spartan.

What are your plans after graduation? Getting an internship within a lab
What is your most memorable/best academic experience at AU? One of my most memorable academic experience is being a Spartan Scholar since freshman year.
What is your most memorable athletic moment at AU? The most memorable athletic moment was beating CUW for the first time in program history.
Other than the sport(s) you play, what other sports activity are you good at? I used to play basketball so I would say I am pretty good at that.
Outside of sports, what is your favorite hobby or activity? One of my favorite activities is to to paint.
What is your favorite meal in the cafeteria? Chicken nugget and Mac and cheese day
What AU faculty or staff member had the greatest impact on you and why? Coach Fried had the greatest impact on me because she is always making me to push my limits and to do my best in practice and games. She also has helped me with being more confident in myself whether it is athletics or academics.
What do you enjoy most and least about practice? I enjoy being with the team and doing some of my favorite drills. What I enjoy the least is when Coach says "On the endline!".
Do you have any pregame rituals? I would say my pregame ritual is getting our shots in before the locker meeting and when walking out to the field my teammate, Claire, and I fist bump before every start of the game.
What advice would you give to underclassmen at AU? Enjoy the time you have at Aurora and with your team because these years just fly by and will be over before you know it. And make sure to hold on to the memories you make throughout your time at AU.
If you had to listen to one song on repeat forever, what would it be and why? I would listen to Unstoppable by the Score because it is a song that always pumps me up and has a really good beat to it.
What is something that people may not know about you but should? I have been to Europe twice specifically France, Italy, Greece, Austria, and Switzerland.
If you could spend an hour each with three people (past or present), who would you choose and why? My first person would be my Grandma. She passed away when I was young so I would like a chance for her to see me grown and talk to her about what has happened throughout the years she has been gone. My second person would be with Coach Fried. She has become a really big part of my life whether it is dealing athletics or my personal life. My third person would be with Carter Hart. He is a goalie on my favorite hockey team, Philadelphia Flyers, and he has accomplished quite a lot for his age so I think it would be interesting to find out about his experiences and advice he would have for the future.
