Aurora University freshman women's cross country runner Deyanneira Colon Maldonado is this week's AU Spartan Student-Athlete of the Week. 

Maldonado earns the AU honor after she finished fourth in her first collegiate 6k race, running a time of 24:41.5. Her time helped the Spartans finish second ahead of NACC foes MSOE, Concordia Chicago and Rockford.
