Aurora University sophomore middle hitter John McCormack was named the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) Men's Volleyball Student-Athletes of the Week for the week of Feb. 28-March 6, 2022, as selected by the league's athletics communications directors.

McCormack earned the honor after he totaled 16 blocks (three solo) and 11 kills as Aurora posted road wins over Concordia Wisconsin (3-0) and Lakeland (3-1) last weekend. He had six blocks (one solo), four kills, three digs, and a service ace against the Falcons on March 3. The following day, McCormack had 10 blocks (two solos), seven kills, and an assist in the four-set win over the Muskies.
