Aurora University freshman pitcher Katelyn Serafin has been named Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) Softball Student-Athlete of the Week, as selected by the league's athletics communications professionals.

Serafin earned the honor after she collected a pair of complete-game shutout victories, defeating Concordia Wisconsin, 1-0, and Alverno College, 12-0, in five innings. In the win over CUW, she struck out two while allowing just three hits and four total base runners. Against Alverno, she struck out nine while scattering three hits.
