Box Score 2 The Aurora University baseball team dropped a Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference doubleheader at Milwaukee School of Engineering, losing 8-3 and 4-3.

Christian Smith. The Spartans offense only managed five hits in the game with
Tanner Oymaian going two for two with two runs scored and
Dillon Popovich going two for four with two runs batted in.
In game two the Spartans took a quick 2-0 lead in the first inning and after falling behind 3-2 in the third inning, AU tied the game at 3-3 in the sixth. Starting pitcher
Tyler Findlay threw seven solid innings but did not have a decision in the game. Senior
Josh Kwasny earned the loss with 1/3 innings pitched allowing the eventual winning run to MSOE.

Rafer Cooley and senior
Jared Swain each went two for four with a double and one run scored with Swain having one run batted in.
With the losses, AU is now 7-16 overall and 3-5 in the NACC.
Next action for the Spartan baseball team comes on
Saturday, April 12 when they travel to Dominican University. Game one is set for 12:00 p.m. in Schaumburg, Ill. The scheduled Spartan baseball contest for
Thursday, April 10 at North Central has been changed and will now be played on
Tuesday, April 22 at North Central with a 3 pm first pitch.
