The Aurora University women's volleyball team traveled to Edgewood College on Friday night in a key Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference match-up. AU went on to defeat the Eagles 3-1.

HOW IT HAPPENED
The Spartans dropped the opening set at Edgewood 25-17.
In the second set, AU trailed 15-13 but got a seven point swing with
Peyton McKenzie at service. McKenzie had two aces in the run and AU would go on to win 25-20.
The third set was also tightly played midway through until AU once again pulled away for the 25-20 win.
AU jumped out to a quick lead in the fourth set and later led 20-12 but the host Eagles had an 11-4 run to pull within one at 24-23 before getting a kill by
Emily Lines on the final play of the set for the 3-1 victory.
