The Aurora University Spartans fell behind 3-0 early at Augustana College on Tuesday night but used a three run sixth inning to come from behind and defeat the Vikings 4-3.

SPARTAN HIGHLIGHTS-
Jeff LaPage was two for three with a double and one run scored.

Tyler Findlay earned the win, pitching 6-1/3 innings, allowing three runs, seven hits and struck out three.

Jeff Woods earned his third save of the season,pitching the ninth inning.
HOW IT HAPPENED- Augustana jumped out to a 1-0 lead in the first, courtesy of a Spartan fielding error.
- The home Vikings added two more runs in the third and led 3-0.
- In the fifth, Spartan
Jeff LaPage singled with one out and came around to score later in the inning on a single from
Jeffrey Mayes.
- AU continued in the sixth where they left off in the fifth. Spartans
Nick Turner and
Adam Lipscomb led off with back to back singles and when
Dillon Popovich reached to load the bases, AU had a big inning started.
Cale Sparks was hit by a pitch and
Harry Vickers walked to tie the game 3-3. After an Augustana pitching change,
Ryan Rybakowski singled to score Popovich with the eventual winning run.

Tyler Findlay gave way to
Chris Roycroft in the bottom of the seventh. Roycroft allowed two hits and struck out two in a scoreless 1-2/3 innings.
- The Spartans turned to
Jeff Woods in the ninth and he locked up his third save of the season.
