MEET INFORMATION
FINAL RESULT: Aurora University eighth place
LOCATION: Winneconne, Wisconsin – Lake Breeze Golf Course
RACE DISTANCE: 8k

PERSPECTIVE FROM COACH NICOLE FARR:
- Our team performed well
today. In a crowded field it's difficult to find teammates early on, but we formed packs of 2-3 that pushed and pulled each other forward. The wet course made for slower than usual times on this course, but we had five athletes in the top 100 which met our team goal.
Carl Way and
David Galvan ran very well together near the front, while
Anthony Barrios and
Brandon Estrada competed well over the second half of the race. Matt Taves and
Jeremiah Cooley held on for the team despite having higher personal goals, but I'm proud of how we rose to the challenge
today. Mentally and physically, this team is going to be ready for the championship season coming up.Â
HOW IT HAPPENED
