HOW IT HAPPENED
AU got on the scoreboard first 3:14 into the game when Kenny Hughes scored on an assist from Taylor Arcivar.
Arcivar gave AU a 2-0 lead midway through the opening half.
After North Central scored twice to tie the game, AU scored late in the opening half. Kendall Urban scored her first of the day on a free position goal.
The Spartans led 3-2 going into halftime.
With the game tied 3-3, Urban scored at 27:38 of the second-half on an assist from Arcivar and the Spartans led 4-3.
North Central scored the games final four goals to defeat AU 7-4.
