The Aurora University women's tennis team traveled to Concordia University Chicago Cougars on Tuesday, September 12 and defeated the Cougars by a 9-0 score.

HOW IT HAPPENED
The Spartans got off to a fast start in doubles action with a pair of victories, 8-4 and 8-3. With a third win by default, AU led 3-0.
AU then dominated in singles action, sweeping for the 9-0 win.
 
FOR THE SPARTANS                                                      
No. 1 doubles partners Micaela Mascha and Mackenzie Smith won 8-4.
No. 2 doubles partners Celia Konen and Alex Hultine won 8-3.
No. 1 singles Mascha won 6-1, 6-2.
No. 2 singles Smith won 6-0, 6-0.
No. 3 singles Konen won 6-0, 6-0.
No. 4 singles Alex Hultine won 6-0, 6-0.
No. 5 singles Sami Hultine and No. 6 singles Alexis Marcy won by default. The duo was credited for a default win at No. 3 doubles also.
