QUOTE FROM COACH FARR
This was a great opportunity for the men to compete, both in a stacked field and on a new course for us with all the rolling hills. We battled well in a very competitive meet against some of the top teams in the Midwest and Central Region. We have some areas to improve upon, but this was a positive step in terms of race experience and confidence in the middle of an 8k race. These men are hungry and ready to press on in training and with the team mentality as we enter the next phase of the season.

UP NEXT
