The Aurora University men's track and field team will travel to the Sports Complex in Lisle, Illinois on the campus of Benedictine University on May 3 and May 4 for the 2019 Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Outdoor Championships. The Spartans will look to return home with a second consecutive NACC outdoor crown.

The Match-up -
Aurora University will take on a field of nine other NACC track and field teams from Benedictine University, Concordia University Chicago, Concordia University Wisconsin, Edgewood College, Lakeland College, Marian University, Milwaukee School of Engineering, Rockford University and Wisconsin Lutheran College.

All-Time NACC Championship history –

• - AU has won three outdoor championships, 2014, 2015 and 2018
• - Concordia University Wisconsin has won four of nine 2007, 2009, 2010 and tied in 2012.
• - MSOE won twice in 2008 and 2011
• - While Benedictine tied in 2012 and won in 2013, 2017 and 2017.

• - The Spartans return one outdoor conference champion but from the 2017 Outdoor Championship.

• - Benedictine University is the favorite to keep the Spartans from winning a fourth title in six years. BU won the 2016 and 2017 NACC Championship with AU finishing second those years.
• - Concordia Wisconsin and MSOE look to be a strong top four competing for the NACC crown.
