The Aurora University men's volleyball team headed north into Wisconsin to take on the Eagles of Edgewood College in Friday night #NACCtion. AU dominated the first two sets and went on to win the match 3-0.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- AU took advantage of service aces (three) and Edgewood attack errors to run away with the first set 25-17.
- A 7-0 run fueled by three straight
Timothy Breiter aces moved the Spartans past Edgewood in the second set as they won handily, 25-13.
- The third set was much different as the Spartans fell behind early, trailing four on numerous occasions including 16-12.
- That is when AU made their rally happen. A kill from
Austin Bayner, ace from
Isaiah Mitchell and Edgewood error pulled the Spartans to within one at 16-15.
- The teams went back and forth, trading leads four times until the Spartans took a 23-22 advantage.
- Leading 24-23,
Justin Elliott put the game away with a kill and sending AU home with a 3-0 match win.
