Alex Lowe said, "The guys fought with a lot of heart today against a really tough field. We were without a few of our top guys today and the others stepped up showing the depth we have on this squad. Now we've got a few weeks to buckle down and focus on training to get prepared for October and November. These men are going to get after it and be ready for when it counts."
Next action for the Spartan men's cross-country team comes on Friday, October 1 when they travel to Rock Island, IL for The Brisman-Lundeen Invitational hosted by Augustana College.
