The Aurora University women's volleyball team returned to the win column against Alverno College fueled by a double-double from Vanessa Brown who finished with 15 kills and 13 digs.

- A pair of aces each from Kaitlyn Beebe and Kaycie Wenzel in the opening set pushed AU to a 15-3 lead.
- The Spartans went on to win 25-17.
- AU led the second set 7-6 and then rolled off an 18-2 run to wun 25-8.
- Vanessa Brown had six kills and an ace in the scoring run.
- The third set was tied 9-9 when again AU took off and won handily 25-15.
