The NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships at Forest Akers Golf Course in Lansing, Michigan was the final meet of the season for Aurora University sophomore runner Deyanneira Colon Maldonado. 

Colon Maldonado qualified and ran in her second consecutive NCAA XC Championship event in as many years and once again ran a strong race. She imporved by 100 places, finishing 113th overall with a time of 23:33.3.

Following today's NCAA Championship event, Colon Maldonado will now turn her attention to the indoor track and field schedule.
