The Aurora University baseball team used many extra base hits including four home runs and strong pitching efforts from Nick Mamberg, Skyler Yamamoto and Jack Fisher to sweep the day, defeating Redlands 9-3 and Bethany Lutheran 12-0 (7 innings).

Game One vs. University of Redlands
- The Spartans jumped out to a quick 2-0 in the first inning and got started with a one-out blast from Jett Wedekind, his third of the season.
- Later in the inning, Colin Meinert doubled in Justin Sartori for the 2-0 lead.
- Redlands scored once in the second to make the score 2-1 AU. The score would remain 2-1 until the fourth.
- In the bottom of the fourth, Meinert led off with his second double of the day and scored on a Jacob Ambuel single one batter later.
- Three singles and a Redlands error allowed the Spartans to score twice more in the fifth and lead 5-1.
- Redlands scored twice in the seventh on a two-run triple to cut the AU lead to 5-3.
- Meinert struck again in the bottom half of the inning. After a Justin Sartori single, Meinert hit a long home run to left to give the Spartans a 7-3 lead.
- In the eighth, Sartori drove in a pair with a two run single for the eventual 9-3 score.
- Nick Malmberg tossed eight innings with Skyler Yamamoto striking out the side in the ninth to secure the Spartan victory.

Game Two vs. Bethany Lutheran
- A two out triple from Nico Bermeo in the second got AU started as he scored on a wild pitch. Later in the inning, Jack Seefeldt singled, stole second and scored on a Sean Rivera single.
- That was all AU starter Jack Fisher would need as he scattered seven hits and struck out seven in his seven innings of work.
- The AU offense added on in the third with a Dylan White home run and doubles from Colin Meinert and Jack Seefeldt being the big hits. Seefeldt's double drove in two.
- Two more runs crossed in the fourth to put the Spartans up 8-0.
- A two-run homer from Seefeldt in the fifth pushed the AU lead to 10-0. Eric Johansen doubled later in the inning and scored on a Dylan White sac fly.
- The scoring and game rounded out in the seventh. Brendan Naylor doubled and later scored the final Spartan run.
- AU was victorious 12-0.
