The Aurora University softball team swept the triple header on the third day of the spring games, defeating United States Coast Guard Academy 5-2, Wittenberg University 6-5, and Lake Forest College 8-6.

GAME ONE vs. United States Coast Guard Academy
- The Spartans got on the board in the first inning when Ashley Talaga hit a two run homer to left field to score Josephine Lytton who led off with an infield single.
- In the third, the Spartans started to play small ball when Josephine Lytton led off with a bunt hit. AU would bring across another run when Ashley Talaga would get a bunt down to score Lytton for a 3-0 Spartan lead.
- With two outs and runners on first and second, Delilah Aguirre hit a run scoring single and AU led 4-0.
- The United States Coast Guard broke up the shutout bid in the sixth scoring two runs.
- AU added one run in the top of the seventh when Aguirre singled with two outs to score Faith Biggs.
- Spartan starter Hannah Tomasko had 16 strike outs and AU would go on to win 5-2.

GAME TWO vs. Wittenberg University
- The Spartans scored twice in the top of the first. Josephine Lytton led off with a walk and scored on a single from Ashley Talaga. With two outs, Delilah Aguirre singled up the middle to score Talaga.
- The Tigers responded and tied the game 2-2 in the bottom of the first.
- AU added three runs in the top of the second. Jordan Seyfried and Jemma Fiehweg would score on a double from Lytton. Faith Biggs followed with a triple, scoring Lytton and the Spartans led 5-2.
- In the fifth, Jordan Seyfried singled up the middle to score Tyler Chambers who reached on a Wittenberg error.
- Wittenberg was able to push a run across in the bottom of the sixth.
- In the bottom of the seventh, Wittenberg added two runs to cut the score to 6-5.
- Relief pitcher Hannah Tomasko and the Spartan defense were able to get out of the inning, defeating Wittenberg 6-5.

- With no scoring heading into the bottom of the second, Lexi Rayborn hit a long home to left field for a 1-0 AU lead.
- Delilah Aguirre followed with a single and Tyler Chambers hit a two run homer to right center.
- Later in the inning, Jemma Fiehweg grounded into a fielders choice that allowed Shelby Linn to score to put the Spartans up 4-0.
- The Foresters scored in the third to cut the AU lead 4-2.
- Lake Forest tied the game in the fourth, setting up a wild couple of innings.
- After Lake Forest took the lead in the fifth, the Spartans bats answered back.
- Lexi Rayborn hit her second home run of the day to tie the game 5-5.
- In the bottom of the sixth, Josephine Lytton singled to left field to score pinch runner Alex Thiel. Jemma Fiehweg followed with a 2 RBI single up the middle and AU led 8-5.
- The Foresters would score one in the top of the seventh, but the Spartans were able to seal the 8-6 victory.
