The Aurora University baseball team traveled to Bloomington, Illinois for a non-conference contest against Webster University. A six run first inning against was to much for the Spartans to overcome as they fell 7-4.

- AU stranded the bases loaded in the top of the first and then found themselves down six after Webster got six hits to score the six runs, all after two outs.
- The AU deficit grew to seven in the bottom of the fourth.

Dylan White doubled in
Jett Wedekind to put the Spartans on the scoreboard.
- AU knocked out four hits and took advantage of three Webster errors to score three times in the sixth.Â
- Trailing 7-4 with the bases loaded still in the sixth, the Spartans left the bases loaded for the second time on the night.
- AU threatened again in the eighth with singles from Wedekind and White but a pitching change for Webster broke up the rally..
