The Aurora University men's hockey team played game two of the NSB Holiday Tournament hosted by Norwich University on Sunday, December 31. The Spartans would fall behind early and lose to Wesleyan University 5-2. Spartan Jakson Kirk was named to the NSB All-Tournament Team.

- The Spartans fell behind 2-0 with two late goals in the first period by Wesleyan.
- Wesleyan scored two more goals in the first 9:27 of the second period and AU trailed 4-0.
- With 1:12 left in the second, Chase Broda got the AU scoring started with an unassisted goal.
- AU trailed 4-1 after two periods of play.
- The Spartans began the third on the power play but Wesleyan scored their second short-handed goal of the game 22 seconds into the period and led AU 5-1.
- Matt Weber scored the second (for AU) and final goal of the game with 7:13 remaining in the third. Blake Kondor and Spencer DenBeste had assists on the tally.
- AU would fall to Wesleyan 5-2.
