The Aurora University women's track and field team competed at the Margaret Bradley Invitational hosted by the University of Chicago.
Skylar Gibbs had yet another strong day of competition. She secured a PR in the 60m hurdles each time she ran the event. Her times were 9.63 and 9.51, respectively. Gibbs' new best time places her sixth in Aurora University's history.
Lauren Bliefernicht also had a day full of personal bests. Her new PR of 8.10 in the 60m dash moves her up to fourth in school history. She followed it up with another PR in the 200m dash of 26.66, which ties the mark for sixth in school history.
Madison Etheridge ran an indoor personal best in the 800m run of 2:26.56. This time is ninth in school history.
Aurora scored a combined total of eight points in the high jump competition, led by
Alayna Koehler and freshman
Keyara Bailey who tied for fourth at a mark of 1.48m.

The women compete next at the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference, which will begin on Friday, February 24th in Ripon, Wisconsin.
