Aurora University Spartan baseball sophomore outfielder Dominick Curcio was named to the D3baseball.com Team of the Week.  

Curcio hit .727 (8-for-11) over a 4-0 week for AU with sweeps at Marian University and at Milwaukee School of Engineering. He had a 1.091 slugging and .833 on base with a home run, double, eight runs scored and 10 runs batted in. He also walked six times and was hit one other time.

On the season, Curcio is hitting .386 with three doubles, two home runs, 31 runs scored, and 23 runs batted in. He has a .514 slugging and .511 on-base percentage thus far in 2023.

Next scheduled action for the Spartan baseball team comes on Wednesday, April 19 when they are scheduled to travel to Wheaton College. First pitch is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. at Lee Pfund Stadium in Carol Stream, Illinois.
