The Aurora University women's lacrosse team saw the highly successful 2023 season come to an end in the NCAA Division III Tournament on Saturday afternoon. AU fell to the University of Mount Union 13-11 in Alliance, Ohio.

- Brianna Peck added a first quarter tally for a 3-2 lead before UMU scored with seconds left for a 3-3 tie.
- Yaukovitz got the scoring started in the second as AU took a 4-3 lead.
- Bailey Simpson would tie the score 5-5 with her first of the game.
- Gibson added her second of the day and 80th on the season with just under a minute left in the first-half.
- The Spartans were tied 6-6 going to halftime.
- After going down by two, Spartan goals from Peck and Yaukovitz tied the game 8-8.

- Yaukovitz scored two goals midway through the fourth to bring AU within one at 11-10.
- UMU would go ahead 13-10 with 3:52 to play.
- A goal from Peck with three minutes left ended the games scoring.
