The Aurora University Spartans women's wrestling team took on their first tournament of the 2024-2025 season at the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point. AU had a strong showing with Marisol Nugent winning the 138 bracket.

- Marisol Nugent won the 138-weight bracket.
- Nugent went 5-0 on the day winning by falls in her first four matches then won the bracket final by tech fall.
- Three of the opponents Nugent defeated came from Wartburg College.
- Mackenzie Konanz finished fourth in the 180-weight bracket, finishing with a 4-2 record.
- Natasha Markoutsis finished fifth in the 136-weight bracket, finishing with a 3-2 record.
- Markoutsis won the fifth place match by tech fall.
- Celeste Detoles won the consolation bracket at 138. 
- Detoles finished 5-1 on the day, winning twice by fall and three times by tech fall. Her lone defeat was a 15-15 decision that came down to a tie-break.
- Genesis Ramirez won the consolation bracket in the 103-weight bracket, finishing with a 5-1 record.


Next action for the Spartan women's wrestling team comes on Saturday, November 9 when they travel to the Adrian College Duals in Adrian, Michigan.
