Aurora University women's track and field student-athlete Deyanneira Colon Maldonado returned to the track for the second of her two events, the 3,000 meter run in the 2024 NCAA Division III Indoor Championships on Saturday afternoon.

Colon Maldonado ran a strong race with a time of 9:51.89 to finish 14th.

Next action for Colon Maldonado and the AU women's track and field team comes in the outdoor schedule on Friday, March 22 and Saturday, March 23 when they travel to the University of Mississippi for the Ole Miss Classic in Oxford, Mississippi.
