The Aurora University men's golf team returned to the course to start the 2024 season in the AU Double Gun at Aurora Country Club. The Spartans dominated the day with AU-A winning the event, grinding their way to a three-under par 573 with a first round score of even par 288 and shot a three-under 285 in the second round. Freshman
Mattias Morris led the way individually, winning medalist honors with a two-under par 142 (71/71) and was joined by his four teammates to all finish in the top 8.
