The Aurora University Spartans women's wrestling team took on the best in women's wrestling at the NWCA National Duals. AU finished eighth in a strong field of NCAA programs.

- Alexis Janiak won all five of her matches on the weekend, four by tech fall and one by a fall.
- Mackenzie Konanz went 4-1 at 180 with her four wins coming as two falls and two tech falls.
- Bethany Regione went 3-2 on the weekend in the 124-pound class. 
- Genesis Ramirez went 3-2 at 103.
- Natasha Markoutsis went 3-2 at 131.


Next action for the Spartan women's wrestling team comes on Thursday, January 16 when they travel to Carthage College. Match time is slated for 6:00 p.m. in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
