A traditional unlike any other returned today as the Aurora University men's golf team won the 2025-2026 Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Championship, the ninth consecutive year for AU. The title came in another strong performance as the Spartans won by 31 strokes with a three-round record score of 877. Five AU teammates

Brandon Burggraf and
Mattias Morris battled throughout the tournament, finishing as All-Conference and all in the top seven individual finishers. Hulsey won the individual medalist honors for a second consecutive season.
FINAL SCORE:Â AU won the NACC title, winning by 31 strokes, shooting a three-round score of 877 (289/299/289).

- The Spartans shot an opening round 289 and led St. Norbert by 17 strokes.
- The second round saw AU shoot a 299 and expand on the lead to 34 strokes over SNC.
- AU shot another 289 in the third and final round and would win by 31 strokes.

Next action for the Spartan men's golf team comes on Tuesday, May 12 through Friday, May 15 at the 2025-2026 NCAA Division III Men's Golf Championship. The rounds will take place at Mission Resort and Golf Club in Howey-in-the-Hills, Florida.
