The Aurora University Women's cross country team placed tenth in the White Race at the Bradley Pink Classic hosted by Bradley University. Grand Valley State won the meet with 41 points. The Spartans finished third among Division III teams.
All eight of Aurora's finishers ran personal bests in the race.
Mika Fields was Aurora's top finisher in 23:27.3.
The second Spartan across the line was Alex Gonzalez in 23:45.0.
Third across the line for the team was Emma Jasutis, who finished in 23:56.8.
Mia Luna was next for the Spartans, racing to the finish in 24:58.9.
Anna Green then finished in 25:25.5 to be the fifth Spartan woman.
Ashley Harrison and Freshman Samantha Ventura rounded out the Spartan seven in 26:11.5 and 26:15.3, respectively.
The next race for the Spartans comes on November 1st as they compete in the 2025 NACC Cross Country Championships. The meet is hosted by St. Norbert College at Phoenix Alumni Cross Country Course in Green Bay, WI.
