The Aurora University Men's Track and Field team competed at the IWU Titan First Chance at Illinois Wesleyan on Friday in an unscored meet.
 
Freshman Adam Allen earned a third place finish in the 60-Meter Hurdles with a time of 8.98 seconds. He is now fifth in school history in the event. Allen also contested the triple jump, where he finished fifth with a leap of 12.92m.
 
Matthew Dean vaulted 3.96m in the pole vault, which was good for a third place finish. He moved to ninth in school history in the event.
 
Sir-Emmett Lee Nelson scored a personal best in the pole vault, with a vault of 3.66m. He finished in sixth place.
 
Freshman Caleb Burgins ran a personal best in the 60-Meter, finishing eleventh in 7.16 seconds.
 
Up next, the Spartans will compete again at Illinois Wesleyan on January 17, 2026.
