The Aurora University women's D2 ACHA team will begin postseason play this weekend in the CCWHA Playoffs in Livonia, Michigan. The Spartans will open the tournament against Lawrence Tech University on Friday, February 21.
AU is led by sophomore
Brooklyn Ramaglia who leads the Spartans with 18 points and 15 goals. Junior forward
Emily Stornello leads the way with nine assists while adding eight goals on the season.
Graduate goalie Sam Steciak paces the AU defense with a 1.88 goals against average and a .944 save percentage.
The Spartans are 11-8-5 overall on the season and finished fourth in conference play with a 4-2-4 record.
