The Aurora University Women's cross country team opened the 2025 season with a third place finish at the North Park / CUC Early Invitational co-hosted by Concordia University Chicago and North Park University. The team scored 62 points. Loyola (Ill.) University won the meet with 26 points.

N'Dya Fields led the way for the Spartans with a fifth place finish in 19:53.7.

Aurora's second finisher was Mika Fields, who ran 20:19.9 for an 11th place finish.

Mia Luna finished close behind in 20:25.3.

Emma Jasutis and Mallory Arroyo rounded out the scoring for the Spartans in 20:32.0 and 20:53.6, respectively.

The next race for the Spartans comes on September 13th as they host the Spartan Classic. The meet is at Settler's Hill Cross Country Course in Geneva, IL.
