Aurora University Athletics in conjunction with BSN Sports proudly announces the recipients of the BSN Spartan Athletes of the Week award. The honors are earned based on the student-athletes performances on their respective playing surface the previous week.

This week's honors go to AU senior women's cross country runner N'dya Fields and senior men's golfer Jackson Hulsey.

N'dya Fields, women's cross country - 
Fields earned the honor after she was the individual champion at the 2025 Aurora University Spartan Classic. Her victory also helped lead the Spartans to a team victory, scoring 26 points, to defeat second place Purdue Northwest (35 points). This is the second year in a row that Fields is the individual champion at the Spartan Classic and her time of 23:40.2 put her a full 25 seconds ahead of the second place finisher. Fields is only the second Spartan to ever win multiple titles at the Spartan Classic, joining Jackie Schane (class of 2019)

Jackson Hulsey, men's golf - 
Hulsey earned the honor after he helped AU to a team championship at the Firebird Fall Classic at Carthage College while he won individual medalist honors with a two-round score of 10-under par 134 (65/69). Hulsey tied and AU and NACC single-round scoring mark (aggregate) and sets new mark for score in relation to par (-7).
