The Aurora University Spartans women's wrestling team finished second in the 2025-2026 CCIW Tournament hosted on Sunday at Elmhurst University. Spartan Alexis Janiak was named CCIW Most Outstanding Wrestler for the second time in her career and Kaylee Martinez earned the CCIW RESPECT Award. Three Spartans won their respective weight bracket championships, Janiak (131), Genesis Ramirez (103) and Tasha Martkoutsis (124).

- Genesis Ramirez won the 103 bracket with a 3-0 record.
- Tasha Markoutsis won the 124 bracket with a 3-0 record.
- Alexis Janiak won the 131 bracket with a 3-0 record. The CCIW title is her third of her career.

Next action for the Spartan women's wrestling team comes on Thursday, February 5 when they are scheduled to host North Central College in a dual meet. First match is set to begin at 6:00 p.m. in Thornton Gymnasium.
