Aurora University sophomore Asher Deputy has been named Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) Men's Lacrosse Student-Athlete of the Week, as selected by the league's athletics communications professionals. 

Deputy had 18 saves while posting a .514 save percentage, eight ground balls, and a caused turnover in Aurora's 17-11 season-opening loss to Colorado College.

Next action for the Spartan men's lacrosse team comes on Saturday, February 22 when they travel to Illinois Wesleyan University. Opening face-off is slated for 2:00 p.m. in Bloomington, Illinois.
