The Aurora University Men's Track and Field team competed in the F. Lee Slick Invitational hosted by North Central College on Friday. The Spartans had a great showing in their final regular season meet, earning multiple top ten marks and many personal bests.

Freshman
Adam Allen had a great run in the 60-Meter Hurdles, running 8.73s to place sixth. He is now fifth in school history in the event.

James Marompon and
Matthew Dean competed well in the pole vault, each clearing 3.96m to place seventh and eighth, respectively. With their marks, they are now tied for ninth in school history in the event.

Jahrel Rimpel earned a sixth place finish in the 200-Meters with a time of 23.00s.

Caleb Burgins placed eighth in the 60-Meter in 7.23s.

Up next, the Spartans will compete in the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Championships in Ripon, Wisconsin. The meet will take place on February 27th and 28th.
