The Aurora University baseball team took on Claremont-Mudd-Scripps Colleges for the final game of their spring trip out to Arizona. The Spartans kept it close for most of the game but ultimately fell 19-7.

- CMS scored first in the second inning with a sacrifice fly to go up 1-0.
- They then scored again in the third to the tune of four runs on back-to-back doubles.

- The fourth inning was kind to the Spartans, beginning with a CMS error that allowed Kyle Mack to score and keep the bases loaded.
- A Panico walk then brought in Ryan buck.
- Joe Lukancic followed that with a RBI single to right moving everyone over and scoring Jaden Holgado.
- Zack Tarrant was then hit by a pitch, again moving everyone over and bringing in Washington.
- CMS now only up by two going into the fifth, the score now 7-5.
- Claremont-M-S scored three more in the fifth.
- Then it was Washington again reaching on an error and allowing Mack to score.
- CMS scored nine runs in the sixth inning putting the game out of reach.
- AU scored one more run in the bottom of the inning when Mack hit a sac fly scoring Lukancic.
- AU would fall 19-7 in their final game of spring break.
