The Aurora University Men's Track and Field team competed in four events with a partial squads at the WashU Distance Carnival, the St. Louis University Speed/Power Festival, the NCC First Chance Invitational and the Billiken Invitational.
WashU Distance Carnival -

Armando Acosta won his heat of the 5,000-Meter in 15:21.15. He kicked hard to win, running his last 400 meters in 63 seconds to beat the runner-up by less than a second. His time now puts him at third in school history in the event.
SLU Speed/Power Festival -
- The Spartan 4x100-Meter Relay of MeKhii Morris-Heron,
Caleb Burgins,
Jaxson Foster, and
Jahrel Rimpel finished fourth in 43.56s.

James Marompon vaulted 3.95m in the Pole Vault, good for a fifth place finish.
- Freshman
Jaxson Foster ran a personal best time of 23.02s in the 200-Meter to place 15th. He also ran a personal best in the 100-Meter, finishing in 11.51s.

Wyatt Wies won his heat of the 200-Meter in 24.20s.
NCC First Chance Invitational -

Joshua Beechler opened his season with an 11.60s performance in the 100-Meter. He also contested the 200-Meter, where he ran 23.10s.

Ayden McGill placed 16th in the 400-Meter in 53.69s.

Anthony Salinas threw 28.17m in the Discus.
SLU Billiken Invitational -

Jaxson Foster ran a personal best time of 11.37s in the 100-Meter.

Wyatt Wies each ran season best times in the 100-Meter, finishing in 11.85s and 11.88s, respectively.

Brady Root ran a personal best time of 4:35.06 in the 1,500-Meter.
Up next, the Spartans will compete in the Wheaton College Invite hosted by Wheaton College in Wheaton, Il. The meet will take place on Tuesday, March 31.
