Aurora University baseball senior catcher Tyler Patton earned national recognition on Thursday when D3baseball.com announced their All-American Teams.

After earning All-Region honors earlier this week from the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) and D3baseball.com, Patton was selected as a Third-Team All-American.

In his final season as a Spartan, he hit .348 with 16 home runs (sixth in Division III) and 19 doubles (24th in Division III) while driving in 69 runs (ninth in Division III) and scoring 46 runs. He had a .764 slugging and .393 on-base.

AU finished the 2026 season with a 32-14 overall record and won the NACC regular season and tournament championships.
