The Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) announced the 2026 Softball All-Conference Team and postseason awards. AU had four representatives on the All-Conference teams, three First-Team and one Honorable Mention.
 
Junior outfielder and pitcher Mia Rivera, sophomore infielder Angie Delgado and junior designated player Stephani DeBise were selected to the First-Team and junior outfielder Lily Komperda was an Honorable Mention selection.
 
Rivera earned her NACC honor after she led the AU pitching staff with a 13-6 overall record with 17 complete games and one shutouts. In 119-2/3 innings pitched she struck out 52. At the plate she hit .423 with three doubles, four triples, scored 36 runs and drove in 11. Delgado had a team-leading .444 batting average with 10 doubles 22 runs batted in and 27 runs scored. DeBise hit .440 with four home runs, 13 doubles, one triple, 32 runs batted in and 24 runs scored. 

Komperda hit .371 with 13 doubles, eight home runs, seven triples, 46 runs batted in and 31 runs scored.

The AU softball team finished the 2026 season with a 26-15 record and went 16-8 in the NACC.
