The Aurora University women's athletic teams that competed in the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) captured the 2025-2026 All-Sports Award for a third time in four years and 10th time in the NACC's existence. The AU men finished second in their standings.
The Spartans compiled a 12.722 index over its nine NACC sports to edge St. Norbert College (12.389) and Concordia University Wisconsin (11.800) for the title. The Spartans captured NACC titles in cross country and golf during the 2025-26 academic year, while also recording top-four finishes in lacrosse (second), volleyball (tie-second), basketball (tie-third), and softball (tie-fourth). AU also won the 2026 lacrosse tournament title.
In the history of the NACC, AU has won 21 total All-Sports Awards (out of 38 awarded).
MEN
AU compiled a 11.950 index and won three NACC titles (baseball, golf, lacrosse) and won tournament titles in baseball and basketball. AU also finished second in football, soccer, and volleyball (tie), and third in basketball.
SPARTAN NACCÂ ACCOLADES
The on-field success brought post-season honors from the NACC for numerous AU coaches and players too. Three male student-athletes and two female student-athletes were named NACC Player of the Year in their respective sports, one student-athlete was named NACC Freshman of the Year, and three AU head coaches were named NACC Coach of the Year in four sports.

THE NACC
NACC schools are awarded points for each sport's finish in the regular-season conference standings and in conference tournament finishes. The women's standings use a 17-point base while the men's standings use a 16-point base. Complete NACC All-Sports Award Standings.
The NACC completed its 20th season of competition in spring of 2026. The NACC consists of 14Â colleges and universities from the shared-border states of Illinois and Wisconsin. Member schools include: Alverno College, Aurora University, Benedictine University, Concordia University Chicago, Concordia University Wisconsin, Dominican University, Â Edgewood College, Illinois Institute of Technology, Lakeland University, Marian University, Milwaukee School of Engineering, Rockford University, St. Norbert Ciollege and Wisconsin Lutheran College. The NACC sponsors 19 sports. Men's teams include baseball, basketball, cross country, football, golf, soccer, tennis, indoor track and field, outdoor track and field and volleyball. Women's squads are fielded in basketball, cross country, golf, soccer, softball, tennis, indoor track and field, outdoor track and field, and volleyball.
