The Spartans men's cross country team saw Armando Acosta win the individual championship as the team ran third at the 2026 Spartan Classic.

- Armando Acosta finished first overall with a time of 27:46.5.
- Grant Withaeger finished 24th with a time of 32:20.8.
- Drew Kocsis finished 31st with a time of 33:13.8.
- Aadi Sheth finished 33rd with a time of 33:42.8.
- Samari Bravo finished 41st with a time of 36:25.4.


Next scheduled action for the Spartan men's cross country team comes on Saturday, September 19 when they travel to the Wheaton College Gil Dodds Invite. Meet time is set for 10:00 a.m. At St. James Farm in Warrenville, Illinois.
