Biography

2012: He was selected as the NAC Freshman of the Year as well as First-Team All-Conference and All-Freshman Team. In his first collegiate season, Palmer has been dominant with an 8-0 record and a 2.03 earned run average. In 53-1/3 innings pitched, he has struck out 49 and opponents are hitting .216 against him

High School: Graduated from West Leyden in Northlake, Ill. in 2011.  He played baseball under Coach Gary Wolf and basketball under Coach Bill Heisler.  He received several varsity letters in both basketball and baseball and was selected All-Area and All-Conference.

Personal: Born on 03/21/1993 in Elmhurst, Ill.

Family: Joe and Laura Palmer.  Two brothers, Brian and Timmy.

Hobbies: Working out, hanging out with friends, and relaxing.
