Biography

2012: Recorded personal bests in the 800m, 5,000m, and 10,000m, with times of 2:23.62 in the 800m, 16:12.68 in the 5,000m, and 35:09.41 in the 10,000m.

2011: Attended Aurora University and was a member of the Spartan Track and Field Team.  He recorded a season best 16:54.65 in the 5,000M, 9:36.47 for the 3000M, and 4:33.56 in the 1500M.

2010: Attended Aurora University and was a member of the cross country team.

High School: Attended Terre Haute South High School. He was a four-year member of the varsity cross country team under Coach John Chapman. He was also a three-year member of the varsity track and field team under Coach Eric Craves.

Personal: Born 08/29/1989 in Terre Haute, Ind.

Family: George and Nancy Goetschel. He has one brother, Michael, and one sister, Marissa.

Hobbies: Music, movies and traveling.

Major: Business.                  Minor: Coaching.
